In January one of my goals was to walk 10k steps a day and one week in I was over walking circles in the living room at the end of the night..procrastination at its finest😂

Anyways, this is little walking pad changed the game and I ended the month 8lbs down🙌🏾

Needless to say February will be the same goal, new month!
